in which our family gets WAY better at hiking

Hiking wasn't always this easy. In our family, some people love hiking, and some... don't. I think our last hike will go down in history as our worst public appearance as a family (there were tears, there was blood, there was a whole lot of whining, and one loud yell of "DEAAATH!!").

This time, all the kids must have been bribed, because we made our Stewart Falls hike with a surprising lack of tears and death-threat yells. In fact, dare I say it we all enjoyed it?

Not to mention - it's fall in the mountains. My all-time fave.

Seriously though, it was an awesome day. I'm proud to say I'm one of the I-love-hiking members of the family. And the rest of them deserve a medal ;)
