Our next-door neighbors {we have next door neighbors now! and they're our age!} invited us over for a little holiday party yesterday. We choose to not drink alcohol, so instead of cocktails we had mocktails. Mocktail parties consist of fancy dresses, sugared rims, drink-mixing, no alcohol, chatting, a who-can-make-the-best-drink contest, and lots of attention for the cute baby crawling around. You know, normal things people do at cocktail parties with no alcohol :)
It was an awesome night, and we're excited about the fabulous young friends in our area! {missing: the crucial whole party picture, pictures of all the other couples, and pictures of the main attraction: the mocktails. ah well.}
